We work with nothing but organic ingredients. Our food items are brought from sources which uses traditional methods for the food production i.e. grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, bio engineered gene (GMOs), petroleum based fertilizers and sewage sludge based fertilizers. Their cultivation methods are traditional and clean.Our vendors bring supplies directly from villages around the Kathmandu Valley. Based mainly in Kalimati vegetable market, they do not have official labels or companies but are very experienced in bringing fresh products everyday to the market. As we work with the vendors on a B2B term, they take special care of our order.We are confident about our local vendors which delivers us vegetables, fruits and dairy items that they supply fresh product.
